SWIMWEAR CARE GUIDE
How to care for your Swimsuit?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap immediately after each use.
Lay flat in the shade to dry.
Do not twist or wring out to dry.
Do not put in a dryer.
Avoid hot tubs or heavily chlorinated pools if possible.
If used in water with high chlorine levels, rinse and wash immediately.
Heavily chlorinated pools may cause colors to fade.
Some sunscreens, and tanning oils as well as self-tanners can possibly stain or damage your swimsuit.
Avoid contact with any rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric.
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap immediately after each use.
Kamari Swim does not return or exchange any washed or worn items.
Shipping
WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
Shipping will vary based on the type of shipping you selected.
Please allow up to 1-2 business days to fully process the order. Orders are not processed on the weekends.
Once you have placed an order you will receive email updates for all information regarding the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
STANDARD RETURNS
(Non-Sale Orders)
Orders placed at regular price or with discounts under 40% qualify for our standard return window.
Eligible items may be returned within 20 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags, hygiene liners, and the packaging your item is kept safely in.
- Free from makeup, deodorant, oils, and self-tanner marks
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.
REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 2–4 business days after the return is delivered for inspection and processing.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We do not provide return or exchange labels.
All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
SALE EVENTS & FINAL SALE
During sitewide sales, promotional events or discounts 40% off and above, all purchases are Final Sale.
Final Sale items are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Cancellations
Exchanges may be offered if the requested size or color is in stock, but this is not guaranteed which would then be eligible for return/refund.
This policy applies to:
- BFCM, Boxing Day, and other promotional events
- Discount codes of 40%+
- BOGO or bundle promotions
- Clearance / Last Chance items
- Products marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Please review your order carefully before completing a Final Sale purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not provide return or exchange labels for international orders under any circumstance.
All international return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange through our returns portal or by contacting customer support.

- All exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Kamari Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Verifying your delivery address
- Contacting your local carrier office directly
Route Package Protection
We strongly encourage purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.
If Route was purchased and your package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but missing, please file a claim directly through Route for assistance.
