How to care for your Swimsuit? 

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap immediately after each use.
Lay flat in the shade to dry.
Do not twist or wring out to dry.
Do not put in a dryer.
Avoid hot tubs or heavily chlorinated pools if possible.
If used in water with high chlorine levels, rinse and wash immediately.  
Heavily chlorinated pools may cause colors to fade.
Some sunscreens, and tanning oils as well as self-tanners can possibly stain or damage your swimsuit.
Avoid contact with any rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric. 
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap immediately after each use.

Kamari Swim does not return or exchange any washed or worn items.

Shipping will vary based on the type of shipping you selected.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to fully process the order. Orders are not processed on the weekends.

Returns & Exchanges

STANDARD RETURNS

(Non-Sale Orders)

Orders placed at regular price or discounted less than 40% qualify for our standard return window.

Eligible items may be returned within 20 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on item eligibility and the return option selected at checkout.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached

• Free from makeup, deodorant, oils, perfume, self tanner, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned in the original packaging when possible

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available on eligible non-sale items returned within our return window.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Kamari Swim reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not provide return or exchange labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

If you receive an incorrect item, defective item, or an item damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, Kamari Swim will provide a prepaid return label and work with you to resolve the issue.

SALE EVENTS & FINAL SALE

During sitewide sales, promotional events, or discounts of 40% or more, all purchases are considered Final Sale.

Final Sale items are not eligible for:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Order cancellations

At our discretion, an exchange may be accommodated if the requested size or color is available. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to inventory availability. Any exchanged item remains Final Sale and is not eligible for return or refund.

    • BFCM, Boxing Day, and other promotional events
    • Discount codes of 40% or more
    • BOGO and bundle promotions
    • Clearance and Warehouse Clean-out discounts
    • Products marked "Final Sale" on the product page

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are Final Sale.

International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an incorrect or defective item was received.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be exchanged within 20 days of delivery.

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange through our returns portal or by contacting customer support.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

If the size you need is currently out of stock, please contact us at info@kamariswimwear.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is the result of an incorrect item, defective merchandise, or another error made by Kamari Swim.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Kamari Swim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered.

We strongly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout for added coverage and peace of mind.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
• Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailrooms
• Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details

If Route Package Protection was purchased, claims must be submitted directly through Route.

Please note that shipping issues differ from fulfillment errors. If you receive an incorrect item, defective merchandise, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, Kamari Swim will provide instructions for resolving the issue, including a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or prepaid return label when applicable.

We strongly encourage purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.
If Route was purchased and your package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but missing, please file a claim directly through Route for assistance.
