Returns & Exchanges

The following prints are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit when returned within 20 days of delivery and in accordance with our return requirements: Cherry, Coco, Mint, Polka Dot, Oceana, and Indy.

All other items are Exchange or Store Credit Only unless otherwise stated.

Items discounted more than 30% are Final Sale or Exchange Only and are not eligible for refunds.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be returned within 20 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all tags and hygiene liners attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, self tanner, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Be returned inside the original Kamari Swim zipper pouch included with the garment

Please note: The original Kamari Swim zipper pouch is considered part of the product packaging and must be included with all returns and exchanges. The exterior shipping mailer is not required. Returns or exchanges submitted without the original Kamari Swim zipper pouch may be denied and returned to the sender at our discretion.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the sender.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM?

• Our team will inspect your return upon arrival.
• Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once your return has been received.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase when applicable.

Please ensure your item meets all return eligibility requirements before mailing it back, including returning the item inside its original Kamari Swim zipper pouch.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect item, defective merchandise, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, Kamari Swim may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Unless an incorrect or defective item was received, international orders are not eligible for prepaid return labels.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Kamari Swim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order and contact the shipping carrier directly if your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located.

We strongly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout for additional coverage.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to an incorrect item, defective merchandise, or another error made by Kamari Swim.
